Milwaukee police: Reported abduction over the weekend is 'baseless in nature'

"Further investigation reveals that the abduction reported on Saturday, March 30, 2019, to the Milwaukee Police Department is baseless in nature. Both parties involved have been cooperative with law enforcement and based upon additional information, additional surveillance footage, and witness statements, the male has been released from police custody.  MPD continues to thank the media and all of the concerned individuals who shared this information over the weekend.
