The rib recipe that helped a tiny chef win our MasterChef Junior contest

MILWAUKEE -- Remember awhile back when we held out MasterChef Junior Live contest? This is our winner -- Navashea!

Recipe for Country Fried Pork Ribs

  • 6-pack of country pork ribs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp chives
  • 1tsp seasoned salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce

Mix dry spices in bowl & sprinkle over ribs.

Dredge in flour.

Drop ribs in hot Crisco oil & fry for 20 minutes.

Cover ribs in BBQ sauce and put in a 350* oven for 15 minutes.
