MILWAUKEE — An investigation is underway after car batteries were stolen from Autoplex near 51st and Forest Home in Milwaukee.

Investigators tell FOX6 News they don’t believe the thieves got away with any vehicles — just car parts.

A-43-year old man was arrested for stealing batteries from vehicles and placing them on a private tow truck. Charges will be presented to the DA’s office in the upcoming days.
