PLEASANT PRAIRIE -- Pleasant Prairie police on Sunday, Aug. 18 asked for help locating a missing man, 52, last seen at a Super 8 Motel off I-94 in Pleasant Prairie Saturday night, Aug. 17, around 8:45 p.m. In an update around 9:30 p.m., police said Darren Krueger was located.

According to police, Darren Krueger left the area on foot after a verbal argument with a family member. According to surveillance footage, he was last seen heading north through the parking lot of the motel around 8:50 p.m.

Police said Krueger made statements that could be construed as suicidal on social media, and in a handwritten note. Officers searched the immediate area with the help of the Kenosha Country Sheriff's Department. Pleasant Prairie police also deployed a drone with no success.

Police were reviewing surveillance footage from the surrounding businesses in an attempt to see which direction Krueger may have gone, and whether he was picked up a vehicle. A second drone deployment was being conducted in daylight.

Again -- Krueger was located. Family told FOX6 News Krueger was in stable condition at the hospital. Thank you for helping spread the word!
