"I still want my nail shop in there again, because I've been here for 18 years," said Ho.

The driver was arrested for possible OWI, and a passenger was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

"If they don't hit someone else, they hit my business," said Ho. "They're lucky no one get hurt. I want whoever's driving to be careful. If you're drinking, stay home. Don't be stupid and drive, and take some people's lives."

Despite this setback, Ho said he had no plans to leave the neighborhood.

"It's a rough neighborhood, but I love it, because they're really friendly with me, everyone that comes here," said Ho. "I don't have no trouble in the last 18 years. It doesn't matter what, I'm still staying here."

The building was empty at the time of the crash.
