Police: Man reported missing and endangered in West Allis located

WEST ALLIS -- Alexander Bautista, reported missing and endangered by West Allis police, was located Monday, Sept. 30.

Police issued this statement Monday night:

"Alexander Bautista was located this evening. We are appreciative of the media and others who shared the information and his photograph in an effort to locate him. We are thankful that he was located, and we are working to get him the help that he needs."


Bautista was missing since Wednesday, Sept. 25 around 11 a.m. from the area near N. 95th St. and W. Watertown Plank Rd. in Wauwatosa.

Due to a significant, rapid decline in his mental health, Bautista was deemed a danger to himself, police said.

Again, he has been located. Thank you for helping spread the word.
