Plane slides off runway at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport due to icy conditions

CHICAGO — A plane slid off a runway at O'Hare International Airport on Monday, Nov. 11 due to icy conditions, according to WGN. The incident was reported around 8 a.m.

American Eagle flight 4125 was arriving from Greensboro, North Carolina when it slid off the runway. Three crew members and all 38 passengers were safely removed from the aircraft, WGN reports.

The Chicago Fire Department confirmed no one was injured.
