Just for the kids: Betty Brinn Children's Museum rings in New Year with midday celebration

MILWAUKEE -- It was a New Year's celebration just for the kids!

Families were invited to Betty Brinn Children's Museum on Tuesday, Dec. 31 to take part in a New Year's Eve at Noon event.

Kids were invited to create party hats and noisemakers, enjoy a special holiday-themed Tot Time, join a dance party and then count down to 2020 with a midday ball drop at noon.
