MILWAUKEE — A man was shot by his own son during an argument near Booth Street and Hadley Street on Monday afternoon, Jan. 6.

It happened just before 3 p.m.

Police said the 50-year-old victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening.

Meanwhile, the shooter, who police said is an adult, fled the scene.

An investigation was ongoing.
