Police: Pedestrian injured after being struck by hit-and-run driver in Racine

RACINE -- Racine police are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian that happened early Friday morning, Feb. 28. It happened around 2 a.m. near Douglas and Melvin.

The victim was flown to the hospital. The extent of his injuries is unknown.

Police have the suspect's vehicle -- the driver fled the scene after the crash.
