    Alexa “Lex” McAllister, a “The Bachelor” Season 14 contestant, has died of an apparent overdose. She was 32. Law enforcement sources in Columbus, Ohio tell TMZ they received an emergency call Saturday (February 13th) around 2:00 p.m. that McAllister appeared to have overdosed on prescription pills. She was taken to the hospital, but her family says her body started to shut down and on Tuesday she was removed from life support.
