Can you help? Police seek three suspects in armed robbery at Verizon store
MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are seeking three suspects in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at the Verzion Wireless store on E. Wisconsin Avenue -- and they need your help identifying them.
The armed robbery happened around 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24th.
Police say the first suspect entered the store and posed as a customer.
The other two suspects, armed with pistols, went into the store a few minutes later and approached an employee at the register. They ordered the employee to open a safe where several cell phones were kept.
Those two suspects removed the phones from the safe while the third suspect acted as a lookout.
All three suspects then fled from the scene on foot.
The suspects are described as follows:
Suspect #1: Black male, 5’8”-5’9” tall, with a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black jeans, and white shoes.
Suspect #2: Black male, 5’10”-6’ tall, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black down vest, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and black jeans.
Suspect #3: Black male, 5’9”-5’10” tall, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and black shoes.
Both suspect #2 and suspect #3 wore black masks covering the lower half of their faces.
