Milwaukee homicide, 37th and Townsend

Milwaukee shootings Sunday left a man dead and five others hurt, including a teenager.

Milwaukee shootings Sunday, July 23 left a man dead and five others hurt, including a teenager. 

15th and Cleveland

The first happened around 1:30 a.m. near 15th and Cleveland, where a Milwaukee man, 32, was hurt. 

19th Place and Stark

Less than an hour later, around 2 a.m., a Milwaukee man, 43, was hurt in a shooting near 19th Place and Stark. 

37th and Lloyd 

Around 3 a.m., a Milwaukee man, 26, was hurt in a shooting near 37th and Lloyd. Police said the victim was arrested for an incident not related to the shooting.

37th and Townsend

There were three shootings around 2 p.m. including a homicide near 37th and Townsend. The victim, a Milwaukee man, 37, died at the hospital. The medical examiner has identified him as Kentrail Shack. Police said they are looking for a Milwaukee man, 21, in connection with this shooting.

Sherman Park

Around this same time, a Milwaukee boy, 17, was shot near Sherman Park.

Location under investigation

A Chicago man, 19, was also shot shortly before 2 p.m. in a separate incident. Police said they are looking into where this shooting occurred.

No arrests have been made in connection with these shootings.
