More honors for Aaron, Meriweather only fined

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- No surprise to learn that Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his incredible passing performance against the Redskins last Sunday; Rodgers carved up the Redskins "D" to the tune of a franchise record-tying 480 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Washington safety Brandon Meriweather was fined 42 thousand dollars for his helmet-to-helmet hit on running back Eddie Lacy; he was not suspended.
Lacy, who suffered a concussion as a result of the illegal hit, did not practice on Wednesday. His status for this Sunday's Bengals game is uncertain.
