Wisconsin, South Carolina governors wager on bowl game

MADISON (WITI) -- Gov. Scott Walker predicts the Wisconsin Badgers will ring in the New Year with a win over the South Carolina Gamecocks at the Capital One Bowl in Orlando.

In a friendly wager, Gov. Walker has offered up some Wisconsin staples – Wisconsin beer, brats, and cheese – should the Badgers lose.

If South Carolina loses, Gov. Nikki Haley will send South Carolina-made beer and barbecue.

South Carolina (10-2) takes on Wisconsin (9-3) in the Capital One Bowl on Wednesday, January 1, beginning at noon.
