SE Wisconsin severe thunderstorm watch; here's what to expect

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for all of southeast Wisconsin Friday night into early Saturday morning, Aug. 12.

During the watch – scheduled for 8 p.m. Friday to 1 a.m. Saturday – severe thunderstorms will be possible. Wind or hail damage with such storms may be possible as well.

The watch was canceled for Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties around 10:45 p.m.

The watch was elevated to a warning for parts of Dodge and Walworth counties.
