The Capital Grille appeared on FOX6 Wakeup in advance of Wine and Dine Wisconsin, to discuss appetizers and main dishes, and how to pair them with wine. Some of the ideas include a seafood appetizer of lobster and crab cakes with corn relish, and house-made tartar sauce, paired with a sauvignon-blanc wine. The main courses featured: steak!
