Marcus Butler (2-11)

MILWAUKEE — US Marshals say 34-year-old Marcus Butler is wanted in connection with a child sexual assault case.

Officials say Butler took lewd photos of a 13-year-old girl, and is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting that same girl. Officials say it happened in the area of 12th and Errie in Sheboygan between March and June of 2011. Butler has been charged, but he’s managed to stay out of law enforcement’s grasp.

“Every case like this is very tragic, obviously. We have a child  sex crime victim here that we need to get justice for. It definitely gives us the urgency to catch him. This is someone we desperately need to get behind bars,” Sheboygan Police Detective Paul Olsen said.

Officials describe Butler as 6’2″ tall, weighing 170 pounds. He has the word “TRE” tattooed on his upper left arm, and the number 6 tattooed on his left forearm. He also has the number 3, and the word “RAT” tattooed on his right forearm. Officials says he has used the alias “Marcus Raffeet” in the past. Officials say he may be hiding out in Sheboygan or Milwaukee, and may be armed.
