Man dies from injuries sustained in Walworth Co. motorcycle crash
WALWORTH CO. — A 41-year-old man from Palatine, Illinois died Tuesday, June 12th from injuries he sustained during a motorcycle crash in Walworth County on Saturday, June 9th.
The man was identified as Randy Detloff.
Officials say Detloff and his passenger, 37-year-old Holly Strever were headed northbound on County Trunk Highway H, just north of Greening Road in the Town of LaGrange when Detloff lost control of the motorcycle.
Police say the bike left the road and entered the shoulder.
Authorities say Detloff attempted to regain control of the motorcycle and over-corrected, ejecting both occupants from the motorcycle.
