University of Wisconsin helping to track Sandy

MADISON -- Shortly after making landfall along the east coast Monday, October 29th, Sandy was no longer designated a hurricane. However, Sandy remained a ferocious weather system barreling down east coast residents -- though not all of the storm tracking is stationed out east. Some critical images are actually beamed to the University of Wisconsin in Madison for analysis.
