Police identify victim in fiery, fatal crash in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police have now identified the victim in a fiery, fatal crash  that occurred near Green Bay and Custer on Monday, January 28th. The victim is 57-year-old Corinne Strahl.

Officials say Strahl was driving her car northbound on Green Bay in the lane adjacent to the curb when it struck a legally-parked UPS delivery truck.

The UPS driver was out of the truck making a delivery. He and a witness pulled Strahl from the burning car. But she died at the scene.

Police say this crash remains under investigation.
