Marco Espinosa (2-8-13)

MILWAUKEE -- Law enforcement officials are looking for 33-year-old Marco Espinosa. He's accused of murdering a teen back in January 2000.

Police say Espinosa and the victim had ties to gangs and an argument lead to a shooting in a public parking lot. Since the crime Espinosa hasn't been seen.

"(The victim) went to the Mitchell Street Mall because his mother gave him money for shoes. An argument ensued, and Marco Espinosa pulled out a pistol and shot at the victim. Marco Espinosa walked up to him and shot him several more times. To actually stand over someone and shoot them takes a pretty cold and callous individual," Milwaukee Police Detective Steven Cabellero said.

Police believe he may be hiding out on Milwaukee's south side, or could be coming home for his birthday as it's during February.

"Many times, suspects come back to Milwaukee to celebrate birthdays," Cabellero said.

Espinosa is 5'9" tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He uses the nicknames "Kiko" and "Felix."
