Police locate man who was missing, suffers from dementia

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say they have located a man who was reported missing and suffers from mild dementia.
59-year-old Russell Paulson was last seen shortly after 4 a.m. on Monday, July 29th at Highland Heights Home on Highland Blvd. He is a resident of the home.
Shortly after police announced they were searching for Paulson, he was located. He is now being evaluated at a hospital -- and appears to be unharmed.
