Police say seven-year-old boy shot, injured this weekend

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say they were made aware of a shooting incident on Monday night, January 27th that apparently occurred on Saturday, January 25th.

Police say a seven-year-old boy was shot, sustained a minor injury, and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

It happened in the 4800 block of N. Teutonia Ave.

Police say this shooting appears to be accidental. There is an adult male in custody in connection with this shooting.
