Police investigate shooting near 53rd & W. Leon Terrace

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigated a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, February 18th at approximately 11:43 p.m. near 53rd and W. Leon Terrace.

The victim, a 37-year-old male, is being treated at an area hospital and is in stable condition.

The shooting occurred as a result of a robbery.

There are no suspects in custody at this time.
