Man in critical condition after shooting near 39th and Villard

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Monday night, March 10th.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. near 39th and Villard.

Police say a 35-year-old man was shot -- and police believe he was targeted.

He was taken to the hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

No one is in custody.
