No charges after sexual assault allegations against Concordia students

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- FOX6 News has learned no charges will be filed in a case in which three Concordia University students who are also former athletes were being investigated for an alleged sexual assault.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office says the case was reviewed, and it was determined that there was not enough evidence to indicate the victim in this case was intoxicated to the point that she was taken advantage of.

FOX6 News learned of this case in March.

In March, Milwaukee police confirmed with FOX6 News they were investigating a sexual assault allegation against the Concordia students -- brought by a 23-year-old woman who claimed three men played a part in the incident that allegedly occurred inside a bar on Water Street.
