CAPTURED: U.S. Marshals seek Terry Shepard, fugitive charged with homicide



KENOSHA CO. (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 21-year-old Terry Shepard.

Shepard is charged with first degree intentional homicide in Brown County.  U.S. Marshals say he shot and killed Steven Sims on April 15th in Green Bay.

At the time of the shooting, Shepard had only been out of prison seven days.

U.S. Marshals say Shepard had just spent three years in prison for assaulting women in Green Bay and Kenosha, and stealing from them.

U.S. Marshals say he may have fled the state or he may be hiding out with family in Racine or Kenosha.

Shepard is 5'05'' and 150 pounds.  He goes by the nickname 'Lil Fu.'  Anyone with information is asked to call U.S. Marshals at 414-297-3707.
