Violent night: Seven wounded including a child in three separate shootings
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating multiple shootings that took place late Saturday, June 14th into Sunday.
A shooting with four victims occurred near 28th and Center just after 1 a.m. on Sunday.
The victims include a 21-year-old man, 24-year-old woman, 25-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man.
All of the victims are being treated at a hospital and are in stable condition.
The shooting occurred after an altercation at a house party. There are no suspects in custody.
A shooting with two victims occurred near 15th and Becher on the city's south side around 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
A four-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man were shot.
Both victims are being treated at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The motive for the shooting is unknown and there are no suspects in custody.
An accidental shooting occurred near 42nd and Silver Spring just after midnight on Sunday.
The citizen in this incident, a 32-year-old man, accidentally shot himself causing a non-life-threatening injury.
He is being treated at a hospital.
Police say the citizen was lawfully carrying the handgun.
