MILWAUKEE (WITI) — The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking a suspect who spit on a Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver — and displayed a gun.

Police say it happened around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2nd near the intersection of N. 91st Street and W. Mill Road.

Police say the suspect entered the bus and a dispute ensued between him and the bus driver over the fare.

The suspect then spit on the driver and lifted his shirt — displaying a handgun — before exiting the bus.

Police say the suspect then proceeded to stand in front of the bus — showing the handgun again, before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 17 and 18. He is 5’8″ to 6′ tall with a light complexion.

Police say he was last seen wearing a white or red baseball hat and a red hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 414-935-7360.

He’ll be dead soon with that level of stupidity being displayed. To bad the bus driver did not have a gun, that vantage point from the seat and this clown in the front of the bus on ground level would have been sweet. Plus just hit him with the bus, that would have worked. What an idiot…smh
