CAPTURED: Marshals search for Mario Jones, wanted for shooting two people



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- U.S. Marshals are looking for 24-year-old Mario Jones.

A criminal complaint says on July 7th, Jones shot two people near 38th and Lloyd.  The criminal complaint says before the shooting, Jones accused the victims of stealing his gun.  One of the victims ran to District 3 for help.  Jones hasn't been seen by law enforcement since.

U.S. Marshals say the victims identified Jones by his nickname 'Rio."  Jones has a criminal record that goes back to 2001, and even spent 40 months in a federal prison. U.S. Marshals say there's a good chance Jones in still in Milwaukee, possibly on the city's north side.

Jones is 5'9'' and weighs 240 pounds.  He has several tattoos including music notes on his hands, Japanese writing on one hand, and the words 'Money don't lie" and "thug" on his left arm.
