FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. — A man filming an erratic driver captured a dramatic crash on video on Monday.

Kevin Denney and Kaecieo Bass, both delivery workers, observed a woman driving erratically on Route 21 in Fayette County. Bass, the passenger in the vehicle, used his cell phone to record the driver swerving in and out of traffic.

At about 2:30 into the video, the erratic driver swerves into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing a three-vehicle crash. Denney, Bass, the erratic driver and the driver of the third vehicle were not seriously injured.

Here is the problem with society. Rather than call 911 to report an erratic driver these two idiots decide to film it and then become involved in the eventual accident caused by the erratic driver.

They should be held partly responsible for the accident. Especially since the one guy admitted on camera that he “knew it was going to happen.” We have become a society of voyeurs rather than decent human beings who look out for each other.

@sktrjksn, calling in this would not have changed the outcome here at all. the cops would not have been able to locate this driver in time anyway. not to mention if it was everyones duty to call in every time we saw someone driving erratically I would never be off the phone with 911. They did exactly what I and most other people would have done seeing this. and glad they did especially since there was an accident. now its documented and the driver (drunk or tired) who SHOULD NOT have been behind the wheel can’t spin the story a different way to try and make it not her fault to get away with it. I have been on the receiving end of a very similar accident and the driver who was at fault lied and said i was speeding and she could have made it across before impact if i was going the speed limit. which was 100% false, but it was enough for the police not to put anyone at fault and her insurance would not cover the cost of my totaled pickup and my hospital bills. If someone filmed it justice would be served and I would not have paid for someone elses stupidity
