Man with Down Syndrome wanted just one thing for his 30th birthday...and he got it!

Dan McGurk had just one wish for his 30th birthday.

In August, he made a video declaring he's Kid Rock's "number one fan" -- inviting the singer to his birthday party in October.

The clip was seen more than 40,000 times, and apparently, at least one of the viewers was someone who knows Kid Rock.

At about 2:47 in, Dan McGurk gets the surprise of a lifetime!
