"He's sick and he needs help:" FOX6 News learns man charged in "sex toy" case connected to another crime

MILWAUKEE COUNTY (WITI) -- He's accused of intentionally dropping sex toys in front of young girls in West Allis -- and then watching their reaction. On Wednesday, November 5th, it was 28-year-old Konrad Peters who was reacting to charges of disorderly conduct and stalking filed against him.

Peters made his initial appearance in court in Milwaukee County on Wednesday.

Police say Peters left sex toys in alleys in West Allis, and he's then accused of waiting for them to be found by young girls -- watching from his car.

"You just don't find sex toys lying on the ground all over," Jessica Ramm said.

Ramm sat in court during Peters' initial appearance Wednesday. She says her daughter was one of Peters' victims.

"She can`t walk anywhere because he`s still out and about - doing who knows what," Ramm said.

Ramm's daughter is 13. Police say there are other victims between the ages of 13 and 15. All of those victims report seeing a man drive up in a black sedan and drop a large, purple sex toy out the window.

Ramm says Peters followed her daughter home from school.

"This isn`t something little girls are supposed to see," Ramm said.

The Ramms caught the vehicle's license plate via their home surveillance system, and reported it to police.

Court documents say a search warrant was executed on Peters' garage. Police say they found 30 sex toys and a digital camcorder with more than 50 videos of girls walking down the street.

Peters has pleaded not guilty and had his bail set at $1,500.

"He's sick and he needs help," Ramm said.

FOX6 News has learned Peters is connected with another crime. YouTube video was released showing street racing on I-43 back in August. Police have cited Peters for speeding and racing on the interstate.

The court ordered Peters not to have any contact with the victims, or the victims' parents in the sex toy case.  He`s also not allowed to be in possession of any sex toy.
