Police: Advance Auto Parts store on W. Oklahoma Avenue robbed

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — Milwaukee police are investigating the robbery of the Advance Auto Parts store located in the 1300 block of W. Oklahoma Avenue that occurred Wednesday evening, Janury 7th.

Police say the robbery occurred around 6:00 p.m.

It is unclear how many suspects were involved.

Wednesday’s robbery marks at least the fifth robbery involving an auto parts store within the last nine days in Milwaukee.

The following stores have been robbed:

  • Advance Auto Parts at 1920 W. National Ave. (robbed on 12/30/14)
  • Advance Auto Parts near N. 58th Street and North Ave. (robbed on 12/30/14)
  • AutoZone near N. 76th Street and Clinton Ave. (robbed on 12/30/14)
  • AutoZone at 6312 W. Capitol Drive in Milwaukee (robbed on 1/6/15)
  • Advance Auto Parts at 1304 W. Oklahoma Ave. (robbed on 1/7/15)
