More than 140 employers on hand for Workforce Development Center's spring job fair

PEWAUKEE (WITI) -- Hundreds of people looking for a new career took part in a job fair in Pewaukee Wednesday, May 13th.

Over 140 employers were on hand for the Workforce Development Center's spring job fair at the Waukesha County Technical College. Participating employers included Kwik Trip, Milwaukee Tool and Generac.

"As you can see, some of the people around us, they are filling out applications, so yeah for the most part employers are interested and taking applications and they will call back and have interviews," Francisco Sanchez with the Workforce Development Board said.

The Workforce Development Center holds two of these job fairs every year. The next will take place in October.
