Vacant home near North and Buffum damaged following fire

MILWAUKEE -- Fire crews responded to a house fire near North and Buffum late Tuesday night, June 9th.

According to officials, the fire broke out in a vacant home around 11 p.m.

Authorities say the fire appears to have started in a first floor bedroom.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

At this time, investigators are calling this fire suspicious.
