Police: 29-year-old man shot near 7th & Capitol during robbery; no suspects in custody

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Tuesday morning, June 16th. It happened around 12:15 a.m. near N. 7th Street and W. Capitol Drive.

According to police, a 29-year-old man was shot in the leg and his car was taken by the suspect. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury and is being treated at an area hospital.

There are no suspects in custody at this time; the investigation into this incident is ongoing.

    These fools out here ain’t nothing but some lazy thirsty bums who’d rather take from someone that worked hard for their things only bcuz they have the brains to get out here and find a job or get an education. if they put more effort into bettering themselves instead of taking what’s not theirs…….they might actually amount to something but since the ignorance and stupidity is real amongst these knuckleheads, they’ll never amount to anything and will always be a hinderance to those who work hard. Whoever this fool was, his mama shuda swallowed him or got an abortion.
