WisDOT: Milling operations scheduled for this week on I-43 and I-94

MILWAUKEE -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will have crews out performing milling operations on locations near the Hale Interchange and in the Mitchell Interchange. The milling work will improve the friction on the pavement at these locations. The work crews will be performing the work post evening rush and during the overnight hours. A list of locations and impacts follows.

I-94 Northbound (Layton Ave to 500 feet southwest of 13th Street), Mitchell Interchange

I-43 Northbound (116th Street to the WIS 100 on-ramp), West of Hale Interchange

I-43 Southbound (east of Layton on-ramp), West of Hale Interchange
