Latest: 31-year-old man dies at hospital following shooting near 29th & Burleigh

MILWAUKEE -- A 31-year-old man has died after he was shot early Saturday morning, February 6th near 29th and Burleigh.

Police say the victim, now identified as Milton Hampton, was shot around 1:50 a.m. during circumstances that are still under investigation.

He was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

MPD continues to seek a motive and search for suspect(s).
