Three teens hurt, one of them seriously, in crash near 6th and Plainfield
MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a crash that left three teens hurt, one of them seriously.
It happened on Tuesday afternoon, February 9th around 3:30 p.m. near 6th and Plainfield.
Police say a vehicle struck a tree.
The driver, an 18-year-old Milwaukee man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
His passengers, a 19-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy both from Milwaukee suffered non life-threatening injuries. They were taken to the hospital.
Police say an initial investigation has revealed speed was a factor in this crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
