Milwaukee police investigate fatal shooting near 40th and Concordia

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Tuesday morning, March 8th.

It happened around 2:00 a.m. near the area of 40th and Concordia.

According to police, a man, who was later identified as 38-year-old Marvin Williams, was discovered lying in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

MFD responded to the scene and attempted life saving measures. Unfortunately MFD was not able to revive the victim and he died from his injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
