"We're stranded:" 2 young men charged, accused of carjacking woman at Walgreens in Menomonee Falls
WAUKESHA COUNTY -- Two young men -- ages 18 and 17 have been criminally charged -- accused of carjacking a woman at the Walgreens store on Silver Spring Drive in Menomonee Falls.

Tyrone Lee
The accused are Tyrone Lee and Deandre Tucker -- both of Milwaukee. Both face one count of armed robbery as party to a crime, and one count of armed carjacking.
The carjacking happened on July 25th around 9:30 p.m.
According to a criminal complaint, officers responding to the scene were advised that two male suspects displayed a firearm before stealing a vehicle from a woman in the parking lot.

Deandre Tucker
The carjacking victim told police she arrived at the Walgreens store in her Infinity sedan -- parking in the parking lot. She then observed two black males talking to another male, who was seated in a vehicle. The woman said she overheard the two black males asking the third male for a ride -- but he indicated he could not give them a ride.
The victim made purchases inside the Walgreens store, and then approached her vehicle in the lot. At this point, the complaint indicates one of the black males, who were now standing on the sidewalk near her vehicle for her keys, saying "I don't want to do this."
The complaint indicates the suspect was pointing a firearm at the woman, and said "we're stranded."
The victim indicated the second suspect was also pointing a firearm at her.
The victim handed over her keys, and the suspects then got into her vehicle -- fleeing the scene.
Police were contacted by a citizen witness, who indicated they believed one of the suspects in this carjacking was Tyrone Lee.
Menomonee Falls police notified other agencies as to the description of this stolen vehicle -- and it was spotted by officers with the Milwaukee Police Department, who pursued the vehicle, occupied by several people.
The complaint says a foot pursuit ensued near 95th and Brown Deer Road after the suspects fled the stolen vehicle.
Tyrone Lee and Deandre Tucker were apprehended, along with a third individual.

According to the complaint, Lee spoke with investigators, and admitted he and Tucker were involved in the carjacking at the Walgreens store in Menomonee Falls. He indicated they were driven out to Menomonee Falls, and the person who drove them there then left, so they were stranded. He said they began approaching people -- asking them to use their phone so they could get a ride.
Lee told investigators at the Walgreens store, he pointed an unloaded BB gun at the victim, and said Tucker was also pointing a BB gun at her. Lee said he "felt bad" because the female victim "had a look of fear in her eyes."
In his statement to investigators, the complaint indicates Tucker said he pointed a muzzle-type pistol with a fake silencer at the woman, indicating the handguns used were BB/pellet guns.
Lee and Tucker made their initial appearance in court in this case on July 27th. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 4th, and cash bond was set at $25,000.
