Police: 39-year-old man shot, injured during attempted robbery in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that occurred Thursday, July 28th. It happened around noon near 44th and Burleigh.

Police say a 39-year old Milwaukee man was shot during a robbery attempt and suffered a non-life threatening injury. He was transported to a local hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to seek suspects.
