Police: 29-year-old South Milwaukee man seriously injured in motorcycle crash

SOUTH MILWAUKEE -- A 29-year-old South Milwaukee man sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle crash that occurred early Monday morning, August 8th.

It happened in the area of 5th and Manistique around 1:00 a.m.

Officials say the driver was transported by ambulance to Froedtert Hospital with serious injuries.

South Milwaukee police say speed and alcohol are possible contributing factors of the crash. The WI State Patrol assisted the SMPD with the crash investigation.
