Firefighters battle blaze at 2-story home near 20th & Hampton; no one hurt

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee firefighters on Monday, September 19th were on the scene of a house fire at 20th and Hampton.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. at a two-story, wood-framed home. The home suffered heavy damage from fire on the second floor.

The home was vacant at the time of the fire. No firefighters were hurt battling this fire.

A damage estimate hasn't been released.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
