Drivers, exercise caution! Slippery road conditions snarl morning commute

MILWAUKEE -- Several crashes snarled traffic throughout southeast Wisconsin Monday morning, December 19th.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation says the incidents are due to snow and ice.
