Police identify 18-year-old man shot, killed near 44th and Garfield

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police have identified the 18-year-old man who was shot and killed near 44th and Garfield Thursday, Jan. 25. The deceased is Kole Jopek.

It happened around 4 p.m.

Police said Jopek was shot by a suspect and died at the scene.

An investigation is ongoing and police continue to seek a motive and search for a suspect.
