‘It’s an amazing sight:’ Waterspout spotted over Lake Michigan

MILWAUKEE — A waterspout was spotted out over Lake Michigan on Friday morning, Aug. 17. The video was captured around 6 a.m. near the break wall by the Milwaukee Art Museum.
