MILWAUKEE -- A 46-year-old woman was shot and killed near 42nd Street and Auer Avenue Thursday morning, Oct. 17.

It happened around 11:30 a.m.

Police said the circumstances leading up to the shooting were under investigation, and police were seeking the shooter.
